When we discovered this striking Victorian property in 2014 it was in need of a lot of love and care. The interior renovations include beautiful sash windows and Victorian style four panel doors, alongside contemporary wood floors and white walls.

We acquired is gorgeous, detached Victorian property in 2014 having fallen in love with its proportions and wealth of period features - including stained glass windows, an original Victorian porch, entrance tiles and an impressive central staircase. After six months careful exterior restoration and renovation, including a double height extension to the rear of the property, we've now sold the last of these seven lovely, light open plan apartments. This was a neglected Victorian house in need of restoration and repair. We acquired the property in 2014, extending and reconfiguring the building to provide a range of one and two bedroom apartments, with beautiful communal gardens at the back. This detached Victorian property, with an awkward layout on a corner plot in Ealing, gave us the opportunity to extend and redesign the interior to provide two huge garden flats, a range of lovely two bed apartments and two stunning studios. All but one of these flats were sold off plan with keys being handed over to buyers in February 2015.
91 Grange Road
91 Grange Road was the first property we acquired in 2013. The beautiful Victorian town house required careful repair and detailed restoration. But also offered us the opportunity to extend to the side, rear and into the roof giving us space to create six superb new apartments. Mr. Douglas Jordan, who had sold us the property, was born in the property and so was very keen to see the finished project.
